Mavericks Montauk

We came to Mavericks during a completely packed Friday and weren’t thrilled with our table at first. We wanted to be closer to the water. But it turned out to be a total blessing in disguise because we got Scarlet as our server, and she turned the whole experience around. Despite the place being PACKED, we felt like we were her only table. Some of us didn’t drink, and she walked us through sober options, but she also has insane wine knowledge too. We also are gluten and dairy free and she guided us through the menu. This girl serves: tables, looks, and in the military? 10/10. Also need her red lipstick because, it did NOT budge. The food and drinks were amazing, and the entire staff looks like they missed their calling as models. We will definitely be back. Food 10/10 Drinks 10/10 Scarlet 10/10

Mavericks is back for its third season and there’s a chance it’s their best one yet. Went for the first time this year this weekend and was so impressed yet again by the quality of the food and drinks. Highlights were grilled oysters, Iberico pork steak, and cheesecake. Perfect for a big group. Recommend sharing everything so you don’t miss out on the variety of the menu. Chef Jeremy always creates such unique dishes. This season is no different.

Enjoyed incredible cocktails and dinner at Mavericks. We didn’t have reservations and the hostess was able to seat us at the bar which had stunning views of the water. Service was amazing! They really know how to make an incredible dirty martini and all of our cocktails were superb. The beet salad was so fresh and flavorful. The steak was incredible, the cream spinach was divine. I ordered the gnocchi and it was sublime, the truffle and the garlic did a perfect balancing act here. I had a few bites of my companions Wagyu and it was 10/10. TLDR: Standouts- wagyu steak, beet salad, gnocchi. Great views, awesome service, amazing cocktails!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Maverick’s, and everything about the evening was truly wonderful. The restaurant is beautiful, with stunning water views that set the perfect backdrop for a special night out. The food was absolutely incredible. What also made the night memorable was the exceptional service, especially from Isabella. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel genuinely cared for and like she was celebrating right along with us. Her warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch that made our celebration feel that much more special. We left already talking about when we could come back. Thank you to the team at Maverick’s, and especially to Isabella, for giving us such a memorable anniversary dinner. Highly recommend!

Amazing dinner with friends after a fun night at surf lodge. Great food and service. Becca was fantastic and very attentive. We sat at a nice corner table and there was a fun band! We love Mavericks and always make a note to come here whenever we are in montauk.

My father and I came in for dinner as part of our yearly fishing trip prep, and we couldn’t have had a better experience in Montauk. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Our server, Becca, delivered next-level service. As a former higher end bartender, I pay close attention to the details and everything was spot on. The vibe was great, the food was outstanding, and the service was exactly what you hope for when you’re spending good money. I’ll continue to recommend Mavericks to anyone looking to splurge on incredible food and, most importantly, truly exceptional service. If you’re lucky, you’ll get Becca as your server. On a personal note, she handled my 75-year-old father’s dad jokes like a pro, and I genuinely appreciated her warmth and professionalism. What she does isn’t easy, and it absolutely deserves recognition.

I had an excellent meal at mavericks. The atmosphere and the view are unmatched. Great to have fine dining in Montauk. The service was great, our server Camden was amazing, so welcoming and helpful to make sure we all ate something we enjoyed. I will definitely be back!

We have had the pleasure of having two amazing dinners at Maverick’s over the last two weekends. The restaurant’s design and setting is as good as it gets. Even more special is our server, Isabella. She orchestrated and suggested our wine selection and guided us through the locally grown menu selections. The petite filet, asparagus, and au gratin potatoes were beyond this world. Arrive early and ask for Isabella, she will, of course, lead you through one of the best dinners you can imagine! Please also try the key lime pie!!!!
